| A good win for the Corinthians in their first tie of the season. Against a depleted All Saints it was not plain sailing. Jack too Pete to 5 losing 12-10 in the decider. Four other matches went to 4 games including the doubles that the home pair won 3-11, 12-10, 16-14, 11-4. | ||

| Monika certainly got good value for her match fee with two matches going to five beating Roger and losing to maximum player, Dmitri, and taking 4 to beat Rovi with 2 of the 4 being deuce. A long evening which failed to keep to the 10pm deadline with 5 of the matches going to 5, despite the Sandford team kindly arriving to start play at 7pm. Incidentally there seems to be some confusion about Sandford's name -is it Misfits or Missfits? | ||
